FAQs — Quick Answers
What does LifeOps Concierge actually do?
LifeOps Concierge manages the day-to-day operations of independent older adults in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and the greater Phoenix area. That includes scheduling and tracking medical appointments, coordinating with providers, managing home vendors, troubleshooting technology issues, and keeping adult children informed through regular updates. One dedicated coordinator handles all of it. We are not a home health agency, a caregiver service, or a crisis intervention service. Families come to us before things become urgent.
What's the difference between LifeOps Concierge and a home health agency?
Home health agencies provide medical services: nursing visits, physical therapy, and medication management. LifeOps Concierge handles the coordination layer that sits beneath medical care: scheduling appointments, following up with providers, managing vendors, communicating with family members, and keeping daily life organized. We are non-medical, non-legal, and non-financial. Many of our clients also work with home health agencies or in-home care providers — we coordinate alongside those services, not instead of them.
Do you serve families outside of Scottsdale?
Our on-the-ground coordination covers Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and the greater Phoenix metro area. Many of our clients are adult children living out of state — in Chicago, New York, or elsewhere. They hired us precisely because they can't be on the ground themselves. We handle day-to-day coordination in Arizona and keep remote family members informed at whatever frequency works for them.
What is your pricing model?
LifeOps Concierge uses a monthly retainer model with three levels. Your retainer level is determined by the lifestyle assessment — based on what the four service areas reveal about your parents’ needs, you're matched to the level that fits your situation. As those needs change, the retainer adjusts up or down accordingly.
The fixed monthly structure means your family always knows what to expect. We cover pricing in detail during the free consultation.

Additional FAQs
Who is LifeOps Concierge for?
We work with two groups. First, older adults in the Scottsdale area who live independently and want to stay that way, but whose daily logistics are getting more complex. Second, their adult children, many of whom are managing careers and households of their own while trying to keep tabs on a parent from a distance. If you're coordinating providers, fielding calls, and tracking details that keep slipping through the cracks, that's the problem we solve.
What happens at the free consultation?
We start with a lifestyle assessment that evaluates four areas: healthcare coordination, home and technology management, family communication, and life enjoyment. From there, you'll know whether we're a good fit and what a coordination plan would look like for your family. No obligation.
How do I know if LifeOps is the right fit?
LifeOps works best when your parent still lives independently but daily management is getting complicated — multiple providers, home maintenance questions, family members in different cities who need updates. If your parent needs daily in-home medical care or nursing supervision, we're not the right service for that, though we can help point you toward the right resources. We work alongside healthcare providers; we don't replace them.
How do I get started?
Book a free call on our website. You'll speak with Jodi, LifeOps Concierge's founder and the coordinator you'd work with directly. If we're a good fit, we build a coordination plan tailored to your family's situation and get started from there.
